The Melty Misfits, it’s finally here. This is a selection of cards from every series:
• Series 1
• Japanese version
• The Metal Misfits
• Series 2
• Spanish version
• Series 3
• Norwegian version
• Jumbo
• 3D
We didn’t just take some miscellaneous cards that were lying around and put them in a new wrapper. We dug deep into the archive to assemble as much variety as we could. It’s not just base cards; it’s examples of almost every kind of special insert (which are NOT pictured above), including items like original sketch cards from series 1!
In addition to that, we’ve added NEW items such as freshly signed cards and painted and silkscreened puzzle cards (which we’ve never done before). We’ve also added a significant number of NEW redemption cards. These can be redeemed for items ranging from base sets to unopened boxes to original artwork (yes, even Series 1 original artwork!). Some of the prizes are items we’ve never released before!
The goal was to create a unique release that was comprehensive enough to be a great starting point for new collectors, but also varied and valuable enough to be appealing to existing collectors. With so few of these items available, this is a very limited release. Each pack has 7 various cards/sticker cards from previous releases and might include some very special rare items (new and old!). Since Jumbo cards don’t fit in packs, those will only be available in unopened boxes.”
