LAST CHANCE - Vintage Strobe Light - Strobotac, by General Radio - M-23136. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
It works, however I do not know what all the adjustments are for so it is not tested (other than plugging it in and turning it on and the strobe works).  The power cord may need to be replaced (see last photo) as the covering is loose as shown.
You can adjust how fast or slow it strobes.
